Meet CS Akshay Gupta, a seasoned corporate secretarial and business law professional with over 5 years of experience. A Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, he holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce and is a qualified Independent Director. His expertise spans the Companies Act, FEMA, Intellectual Property Rights (Registered Trade Mark Agent), and key regulatory frameworks, and he has supported multiple organizations in establishing operations in India.

Akshay currently serves in leadership roles including Chairman, Kota Chapter of NIRC of ICSI (2025–26), Chairman–Corporate Affairs, Tax Bar Association Kota, Vice President–RMB Kota Chapter, and is an active member of Rotary Club. He also mentors startups across biotech, edtech, hospitality, agriculture, and healthcare, and serves as a secretarial auditor for listed companies, reflecting his strong commitment to corporate governance.
